Coconut Woman departed Martinique on January 19 , 2015, and is currently making revised plans for their epic journey. Along the way, the crew will be collecting and sharing climate information for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and other organizations, meeting with the people that live on some of the most remote islands in the world, and sharing their findings through interactions with Boston's Frank M. Sokolowski School and Dallas' San Jacinto Elementary.
